The Oversized Sweatsuit
I don’t watch a lot of reality television, but every once in a blue moon I will dabble in little Keeping Up With The Kardashians. This rare guilty pleasure inspired me to try out the oversized sweatsuit, a trend that I’ve seen many a Kardashian sport at one time or another. To play around with this trend and ultimately bring you today’s post, I’ve collaborated with Alpha Teek, an awesome athleisure brand that offers a variety or athletic apparel and loungewear. I paired their Alpha Minimalist Joggers in Athletic Heather, with their Alpha Minimalist Sweatshirt in Sport Grey for the most comfortable outfit I’ve ever featured! I went with a size Medium in both to make sure I got the oversized look that I wanted. I can’t even tell you how happy I am with this set. The inside of both the top and bottoms are so soft and cozy that I quite literally never want to take it off. It’s the perfect lounge-around-the-house outfit, but it can also be a super trendy off-to-run-errands outfit. So when I got to playing around with styling this set, I had to go with some bright white sneakers! I kept the first look (above) really simple, pairing the set with only a burgundy bag for contrast. But for the second look (below), I added a vest and beanie for a more outdoorsy (and ultimately warmer) look. I’ve already worn this outfit 3 times and I only just received it in the mail two weeks ago! Suffice it to say, I’m super on board with the sweatsuit trend.
