A Cozy Cardigan For Valentine’s Day

Only three weeks away, Valentine’s Day is on the brain. And I’ve got a statement piece you’ll be dying to wear whether you’re staying in with friends/family or going out on a hot date.

When I think of Valentine’s Day, I think of the people I love, sweet treats, and bright pink/red hues. With that last note in mind, I’d like to introduce you to my two new chunky cardigans hand-made by Dayanna’s Creations Co. This woman-run Etsy Shop specializes in colorful knitwear. Featured above is the Puzzle Crochet Cardigan in “Candy.” This vivid pattern reminds me of the most classic Valentine’s candy, Sweethearts! Doesn’t it look like it was made out of hundred of those tiny heart candies? With a design that gorgeous, it’s sure garner up some {sweet} compliments.

Featured below is the Ombré Yarn Crochet Cardigan in “Jazzy.” This beauty will jazz up any outfit, indeed. Pair this bright pink cardigan with just about anything and you’ll be ready to show of your Valentine’s Day cheer.

For sizing contrast, I’ve styled the Candy (above) in a medium and the Jazzy (below) in a small. I definitely recommend sizing up to get that oversized chunky cardigan look which just so happens to be my favorite Winter 2023 trend at the moment. So treat yourself and/or someone you love to a cozy cardigan this Valentine’s Day (and support a small business while you’re at it)!
