Grin And B.A.R.E It - The Story about a Bath And Body Company That Gives Back

Today's post is all about a company that gives back! B.A.R.E Soaps is an American bath and body company that uses their proceeds to help support a soap recycling workshop in India. They pay women fair wages to recycle used hotel soap to be redistributed to slum children. "We love it because being sustainable both environmentally and economically is super important to us." says Jessie Yoh, CEO of B.A.R.E. Soaps. Their products are all natural and 100% American made using sustainable sources, including rainforest-alliance-certified palm oil. Today I'm both honored and excited to share my thoughts about some of their popular products!

To start off, the Black Tie Affair and the Jubilee Jam bars are two of their most-loved products. Both of these 5.5 oz soaps are triple milled with goat's milk, which makes them great for sensitive and dry skin. Not to mention, they both smell heavenly. The Black Tie Affair bar smells like Eucalyptus and the Jubilee Jam bar, not surprisingly, smells like freshly made blueberry jam. They can be purchased either separately or sold together as the Essential Duo, which is on sale for 50% off right now when you use code TEACH50. This set certainly makes a great gift by the way!

Their smaller 4 oz soaps like the Lemondrop and the Sunshine bars also make wonderful presents. In fact, the Sunshine bar has been my all time favorite soap ever! I love the citrus smell, the smooth feel, and the orange glow of the bar. It's clear that B.A.R.E. Soaps puts an incredible amount of thought into the design and ingredients that go into each bar.

Last but certainly not least, are the Reinvigorate Facial Clay Scrub and Deep Cleanse Mud Mask, which are sold separately or together as the Royal Treatment Duo. I can't tell you how much I love these products! The scrub lightly exfoliates, and leaves the skin soft and smelling great! Meanwhile, the mud mask does a great job at removing impurities and leaving the skin feeling tight and rejuvenated. These products make me feel pampered and are a great way to unwind from a hard day. Plus, it makes me feel even better knowing that these products are sustainably made and that the brand gives back to a community in need.
