How to Propose To and Celebrate with Your Bridesmaids during a Pandemic

It’s a weird time to be planning a wedding. Scheduling such a big day around a pandemic is just a touch challenging, but that doesn’t mean you should sacrifice celebrating with your ladies! So today’s post is all about celebrating with your #bridetribe and is brought to you by Mari Collective, an Etsy shop that gifted me these lovely bridesmaid proposal boxes.

Mari Collective makes it easy to ask your besties to be a part of your “bride tribe”! It was lovely working with Liz, the boss lady behind Mari Collective, to put together these custom gift sets. Each beautifully packaged box contains a satin robe, a satin hair tie, a personalized stemless champagne flute, and a custom card! All for under $40 a box. I mean, how adorable is the packaging for the hair tie? “To have and to hold.. your hair back.” So gosh-darn cute!

It was really important to me that each bridesmaid have a unique card with a personalized note from me to them. So, I really appreciated that Liz includes that as a part of the order. I used a canva.com template to create a customized note for each lady. Then Liz printed them out on card-stock and attached them to the boxes. On the cards, I included the date/time for a virtual happy hour so that we could celebrate in a COVID-friendly way. Liz was even nice enough to send me my very own box, photographed above, so that I could match my bridesmaid during our virtual celebration. We wore our robes and drank out of our personalized flutes as we discussed wedding-related things. And while we enjoyed using all of our goodies during the happy hour, we’ll definitely be re-using them the morning of the wedding when we’re getting ready together. I feel incredibly grateful to have these amazing ladies by my side and to be able to celebrate in style thanks to Mari Collective!

Yours,

Priscilla
