Zaful Summer Try On Haul - Part 2
A few weeks ago I shared the blog post Revamp Your Summer Wardrobe For Under $150, in which I put together a pretty hefty Zaful order that clocked in at just under $150. In this post, I showed you my cart and the exact price of each item. Last week, I shared photos and thoughts about the first half of that order (outfits 1-4) in Zaful Summer Try On Haul - Part 1. Today, I'm sharing with you the second half of the order (outfits 5-8)!
In Outfit #5 (above), I paired the Khaki High Waisted Shorts, which you already saw in Part 1, with this Cropped Spaghetti Strap Tank Top. It's the definition of a summer wardrobe staple! It goes with just about everything and the stretchy material is so comfortable! The incredibly thin straps, which are actually made of an elastic material, really enhance the minimalist design of this top. I'm wearing a size small here, which I think runs true to size.
In Outfit #6, I'm featuring these Black High Waisted Shorts with this Polka Dot Smocked Blouse. My reaction to these shorts was quite similar to my reaction to the khaki shorts -- I was not expecting them to be made of such a shiny material. That being said, I'm still getting used to the sheen, but I really love how comfortable both of the shorts are. The blouse on the other hand, I was in love with from the start! The design is incredibly unique but incorporates some popular trends like polka dots and ruffles. I went with a size small, but I wish I had sized up because it's quite tight around the bust.
For Outfit #7, I paired the same Black High Waisted Shorts from above, this time with this Plunging Neck Ribbed Crop Tank Top. I would definitely categorize this tank as a summer wardrobe staple, along with the first black tank in today's post. Having a go-to white tank is a must must must! I don't know that I would consider this a "plunging" neckline -- it doesn't really extend that far down the chest. But I'm actually happy about that because plunging necklines can be difficult to wear. The fact that this top features a tie-knot design is really what won me over though. Regarding size, I went with a small which seems to run true to size!
Last but not least is this Deep V Neck Peplum Tank Top! This is probably one of my favorite tank tops of all time. The material is so soft and light. The hue is a rich, trendy yellow. And the ruffle sleeves with the peplum design is to die for! I paired this top with my favorite denim shorts (not from Zaful). Underneath this top, I'm wearing one of the two bikinis that were included in the order. I'll be discussing more about these two Zaful bikinis in Friday's blog post.
All in all, I was able to create 8 summer ensembles, not including the two bikinis, for under $150 thanks to Zaful! If you didn't have a chance to check out Outfits 1-4 just visit this link. And before placing your own order, be sure to read my tips and tricks for shopping at Zaful.
