Zaful Summer Try On Haul - Part 1

Outfit #1

Outfit #1 Details: Dress // Sneakers // Purse // Sunglasses

It's officially summer now! And I cannot think of a better way to celebrate than by sharing with you the online order from my "Revamp Your Summer Wardrobe For Under $150" blog post. If you didn't have a chance to read that post, the jist of it is that Zaful.com offers an incredible amount of trendy options for remarkable prices, allowing one to purchase a new summer wardrobe without breaking the bank. So I put together an order to prove it to you, and now that order has come in the mail! I was able to conjure up 8 outfits from this one order and will be sharing outfits 1-4 in today's post (5-8 will be coming soon).

Let's start with Outfit #1, above. This Cami Back Bowtie Cut Out Striped Dress is everything and a bag of chips. The straight cut dress design (very 90's) is a hot commodity right now. You'll see this trend in nearly any shop you enter, but you probably won't find it for under $18. (Before paying full price, be sure to read through my previous blog post for tips and tricks for shopping at Zaful!) Not only is this dress a great price, it was also a quality purchase. A size small fit me perfectly and it wasn't too see through (although you will need to wear nude colored underwear).

Outfit #2

Outfit #2 Details: Jumpsuit // Flats (similar) // Fanny Pack // Sunglasses

Now on to Outfit #2, this elegant Low Cut Striped Sleeveless Jumpsuit. This is my favorite item from the entire order. The low cut is flattering, but it's not too deep that I have to worry about accidentally flashing anyone. The attached slip works to prevent the jumpsuit from being too see-through. And the thin, light yellow, vertical stripes are absolutely adorable! I think the color pairs well with just about any other bright summer hue, like the periwinkle of this Kate Spade Belt Bag. Although this item is nearly sold out, Zaful offers a bunch of striped rompers and jumpsuits to choose from.

Outfit #3

Outfit #3 Details: Top // Shorts // Sneakers // Fanny Pack // Sunglasses

This third outfit is a little more on the sporty side. I've paired these Khaki High Waisted Shorts with this Striped Cropped Tank Top, along with my Kate Spade Belt Bag to create quite the contrast. While I was not expecting these shorts to be so shiny, I was happily surprised by their versatility in being paired with a variety of tops. Not to mention, they're so incredible comfortable. This item was a "one size fits all" kind-of-deal due to the elasticity of the band. But for reference, Im usually a size 4 in bottoms, and these shorts fit perfectly. Meanwhile, for the top I went with a size small and I'm really happy with it. This top is definitely a wardrobe staple. The simple black and white pattern lends itself to being paired with almost anything.

Outfit #4

Outfit #4 Details: Romper // Tank // Sneakers // Purse // Sunglasses

Last but not least is Outfit #4. I've layered this Button Embellished Romper with this Ribbed Cropped Tank Top (which you'll see in outfit #6, featured in my next post). This romper is adorable by itself, but it shows a little too much skin for my comfort, and the straps are not the most secure. Therefore, I think it looks best layered with another top underneath so as to prevent any accidental flashing. While this was one of my least favorite of the bunch, I'm still really happy with this item for two main reasons - the fabric feels like quality material and the tie strap design is a super cute trend right now! I ordered a size small, which fits comfortably. All in all, I still recommend this item as long as you're open to the possibility of having to layer it.

Stay tuned for outfits 5-8 coming soon! And before placing your own order, be sure to read through my previous blog post for tips and tricks for shopping at Zaful!

Revamp Your Summer Wardrobe For Under $150 + My Tricks For Online Shopping (At Zaful)

Summer is just around the bend people! Which means we've all got to get our summer wardrobes ready. To help you out, I documented my very own online shopping session to demonstrate how easy it is to get all summer essentials without breaking the bank. Below I've included the screen shots of an online order from Zaful (one of my favorite places to shop online). This is one of the best boutiques to find inexpensive apparel. As you can see, I was able to order a couple of dresses, a jumpsuit, a romper, a few tops + shorts, and last but not least, some bathing suits! All for just under $150. And even though I just went with basic designs, they also have a ton for floral options which are great for summer.

But before you place your very own order, there are a few tricks that I've learned from all my online shopping experience on this website that you should know about..

1. Pay special attention to the size guide. You can find the measurements for a size by scrolling over each size selection or by clicking on the "size guide" link. This is really important because the measurements for each size change for every item.

2. Look for reviews (at the bottom of the listing) by previous buyers to get a better feel for how it looks in person. This can also help you determine if the item runs true to size or not, since most people include such information in their reviews.

3. Take a look at the promotions they have going on. For example, they have Buy 1, Get 1 30% Off, and Buy 4, Get 1 Free, and Buy 2, Get 20% Off or Buy 3, Get 30% Off all going on right now.

4. Zaful always has coupons! Always! And if you don't see one being advertised at the top of the homepage, simply google "Zaful Coupons" to see what pops up. Try a few until you find the best one. In my case, the code MOM513 was being advertised on Zaful, and that was the best I could find at that time. It got me an extra $20 off on top of the discounts from the promotions!

If you're diggin' the products that I've put together below, just scroll to the very end of the blog post to find them all linked up under "Shop This Post."

Spring Transition Sweaters from Zaful

Outfit #1 Details

Sweater // Tank Top // Denim // Kicks

With winter ending, it's time to pack up those heavy coats and opt in for some spring sweaters. My go-to place for sweaters (or really any kind of top) is Zaful.com of course!  You've probably noticed that I feature a bunch of stuff from this online shop, and that's because the prices are unbeatable, especially considering the quality. This time around, I'm featuring two sweaters and one sweatshirt that will help you get through the end of winter and into some beautiful spring weather.

Featured above is the Pullover V Neck Cropped Sweater paired with the Frayed Hem Zipper Fly Jeans, both from Zaful. This sweater is not only soft and light, but it also features a revealing V-neck and cropped design, perfect for spring.  While this sweater in the Apricot color is sold out, it's still in stock in the similar White hue! Below, in "Outfit #2" is the High Low Pullover Turtleneck. The breathable knit and muted berry color makes this a perfect transition piece. Paired with some light-wash jeans (like these) this turtleneck is spring-ready. And last but not least, is the Oversized American Flag Sweatshirt, featured below in "Outfit #3"! With the olympics still in full swing, this sweatshirt is not only trendy but timely. It also makes for a sporty alternative to a jacket on a cool spring day.

There are plenty more cute spring transition sweaters where these came from! Just check out the rest of the Zaful sweater collection. Also, if you're looking for some cute crop tops for this upcoming Spring Break vacation, I highly suggest checking out all the trendy crop tops that Zaful has in stock. Happy shopping friends!

What To Wear With Extra Large Hoop Earrings + Sale Alert

I find myself wanting to wear these Extra Large Hoop Earrings, by Cosbella, anytime I go out! These bad boys are light-weight, affordable, and super on-trend! What I realized is that there's a distinct look that I love pairing the earrings with, 1) off-the-shoulder tops, and 2) straight hair worn down. I just recently realized how incredible off-the-shoulder tops look with large hoop earrings! That's why I've paired these hoops with this gorgeous Striped Off The Should Shirt, by Vintage Summer Fashion. (By the way, this top is one of the most comfortable pieces I own, which is probably due to the fact that every item is custom handmade by Vintage Summer Fashion!) Second, while you're first instinct might be to put up your hair when wearing statement earrings, I actually find that wearing my hear down looks best with large hoops. The hair backdrop contrasts with the earrings, which are so large anyway that you'll still be able to see them through the hair!

I also want to let you guys know about a sale going on at Zaful, the Fancy Summer Looks Special! If you use code ZFEN you'll get an extra 10% off select summer items. I've ordered from Zaful before and have loved the stuff I got. I've been wearing these trendy jeans (which are just one of many bell bottom jeans that Zaful has to offer) at least once a week since getting them! For more on this shop, including sizing and shipping info, visit my Zaful Review blog post!
